Meta Viable Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202201024382 (1470079D) and members of its groups of companies in Malaysia (referred to as “MVSB”, “us” or “we” or “our”) are committed to protecting personal data of our customers, partners, suppliers, visitors, agents, applicants and beneficiaries and personal data of individuals who work for, or act on behalf of our customers, partners, suppliers, visitors, agents, applicants and beneficiaries (collectively, “data subject”) that have been provided to us.
This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) explains what and how the personal data is collected and further processed (as defined in Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and or other applicable laws), with your consent, for what purposes it is collected and further
processed by us, source (if any) of personal data, to whom personal data is disclosed and how to access and update your personal data, and where to go for further information in respect of the personal data through the use of MVSB’s mobile applications and websites (respectively “Apps” and “Websites”), as well as products, features and other services operated by MVSB (collectively, “Services”).
“Personal Data” is any information which can be used to identify you or from you are identifiable. This includes but not limited to your name, nationality, telephone number, email address, bank and credit card details, personal interests, your images, your
identification numbers or passport number, date of birth, marital status, health information and other information as required by us from time to time.
If you provide us with personal data of other individuals, you hereby represent that you have obtained consent from that individual prior to providing their personal data to us.

• transaction information (such as payment methods includes FPX, online banking and credit/debit cards);
• feedback, review, ratings and compliments;
• information about how you interacted with our Apps, Websites or Services (such as features used and content viewed);
• device information (such as hardware model and serial number, IP addresses), operating system version, file and app names and versions, GPS location, IMEI number and device identifiers or any information that may indicate device or app modification); and
• personal data you enter in messages when you use our in-app communication feature.

- Referral programmes, if any;

• When our users add you as emergency contact;
• When our users add you as a recipient or beneficiary of any use of our Services;
• When you use our in-app chat; and

Some of the Personal Data that we collect may be sensitive in nature in certain jurisdictions. This may include Personal Data pertaining to your race, national identification card information, health related data, treatment history as records (such as session times, completion status) within the Apps, location and photo profile, as applicable. As a parent or legal guardians, please do not allow minors under your care to submit Personal Data to us. • Protect the security or integrity of the Services and any facilities or equipment used to make the Services available;
• Invite you to participate in our events or surveys; and
• Fulfill the services to you as a data processors when you provided consent to the data contractor for such services to be rendered.
In providing you with these services and features, we may use manual or automated means, including AI services.

We use your Personal Data to ensure the safety and security of our Services and all users. This includes but not limited to the following:-
- Verifying your identity when you log in to the Apps or Websites;
• Using device, location, profile, packages information, usage and other Personal Data to prevent, detect and combat fraud or unsafe activities; and

- If you leave a rating and review, your profile picture, feedback and username may be available for other users;
• If you are participating in loyalty programme or referral programme or marketing activities, we may share your Personal Data with the marketing teams or organizers; and
• If you use our Apps chat service, we may share your mobile number and registered name with other parties to your chat.

15.1 With third parties related to your use of MVSB’s account
- If you use our payment services, we may share your Personal Data with another individual should you authorize and enable connection of his or her third-party service payment method to our payment service for the purposes of enabling your payment on Apps or Websites.
15.2 With administrators of MVSB’s accounts that you may use
• The administrator of any community group to which you link your MVSB’s account may receive transaction data when you carry out a transaction.
15.3 With subsidiaries and ailiates
We share your Personal Data with our subsidiaries, associated companies jointly controlled entities and an iliates. The group of companies of MVSB share infrastructure, technology and other resources with each other to provide you with consistent, reliable and secure experience when you use our products or services and for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Notice.

We may provide Personal Data to our marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners. This includes:

Cookies may have unique identifiers, and reside, among other places, on your computer or mobile device, in emails we send to you, and on our web pages. Cookies may be used for various purposes such as to:
- Provide the essential, basic functions of the use of our Websites, Services or Apps;
• Authenticate your or remember your user preferences and settings;
• Delivering and measuring the e ectives of advertising campaigns, such as by measuring number of views or clickthrough;
• Serve you relevant advertisements across other apps and websites owned by other companies (whether by us or by other advertisers); and

MVSB may allow third parties to use Cookies on the Websites and Apps to collect the same type of Personal Data for the same purposes MVSB does for itself, third parties may be able to associate the Personal Data they collect with other Personal Data they have about you from other sources. We don not necessarily have access to or control over the Cookies they use.

You have the right to disable, block or deactivate cookies. Please not that however refusal or removal of some cookie could an ect the availability, functionality or use of our Website, Services or Apps.

We may facilitate the display of targeted advertising on their platforms, such as on other online platforms that you may be a user of.
You may be able to limit our use of your Personal Data to display targeted advertisements on behalf of our advertisers, by adjusting your preference through our Apps. Depending on the type of phone and operating software that you are using, you may be granted the option to disable our use of mobile identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s GAID) and the ability to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies by adjusting the settings available on your mobile devices. Through adjusting the settings on your device, you can typically reset, delete, limit and or otherwise restrict the use of such mobile identifiers.
Although we will not use your Personal Data to show you such targeted advertisement on other platforms, you may still see generic ads that appear relevant to you, this may be because we have engaged third party advertisers/platforms to display ads to users of specific attributes who may find them relevant. You may be able to limit seeing these advertisements through managing your preference on these platforms.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, vary or update this Privacy Notice, at our sole discretion from time to time as and when the need arises.
